Delivery & Pickup
Although Yoo's and our delivery partners are still operating all delivery services throughout this time, due to the exceptional volume of deliveries and measures taken to ensure the safety of all team members - the typical delivery timeframes for both express and standard options may be extended.
We offer shipping Australia wide via Courier and Australia Post eParcel services. All orders are fully registered and tracked, someone must be available to receive the delivery at the provided shipping address. Deliveries are not typically eligible for Safe Drop or Authority to Leave.
If no one is available when delivery is attempted, your delivery will generally be made available for collection from your local courier depot or Post Office. Redelivery, redirection, or returned deliveries may not be available and may incur additional fees.
We offer pick up option for customers to pick up in our store, please select 'Pick Up' bottom when you check out.
We generally have fully paid, in-stock orders picked, processed, and waiting to be collected by the delivery partner in 1 business day. It can take an extra day for your order to be collected by the delivery partner and for your tracking to become active.
For orders placed at the end of the week, on weekends, or public holidays (in VIC, NSW, and Nationally) we aim to dispatch on the next business day however may require an additional 1 business day.
Large orders or orders with large items may be split into multiple packages due to OH&S requirements. Although these are generally delivered together, due to logistical limitations we cannot guarantee that all articles will be delivered at the same time.
Process Time Frame:
General Products (in stock):will be ready for pick up or shipping in 2 working hours after payment received & confirmed, except Sunday & Public Holiday.
General Products(arrive in 1-2 days):will be ordered from our supplier and usually ready for pick up or shipping within 2 business day after payment received and confirmed, our team will contact customer to confirm for any delay issue.
General Products (out of stock): will not available for order online, please check without team for estimated arrival date or make a pre-order.
Custom PC with all parts in stock: will be ready to pick up within 3 business day after payment received and confirmed.
Custom PC with some components marked as arrived in 1-2 days: will be ready for pick up within 4-5 business day after payment received and confirmed, our team will contact customer to confirm for any delay issue.
Custom PC with component(s) has exact arrival date: will be ready for pick up 2-3 business days after components arrived.
Our delivery time frames are provided as a guide for the delivery times we typically see, we do not offer any guaranteed express same or next day delivery services.

Standard Shipping: 3 - 8 business days from dispatch
Express Shipping: 1 - 4 business days from dispatch
Deliveries to Perth & Darwin may take longer than the typical time frames provided above.
Deliveries to regional areas may require additional time for delivery, especially deliveries to regional NT & WA.
We are only able to ship orders within Australia and do not support freight forwarding services.
Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent an email and a text message with your tracking information or pick up information.
You can also find your tracking details from the 'Order History' section of your account page after logging in. Simply click on the corresponding order in your order list and the courier information and tracking details will appear at the bottom of the Order Summary.
To track your order, enter the tracking number on the appropriate courier's website or call their customer support teams.

PO Boxes, Parcel Collect, & Parcel Lockers:
Orders for delivery to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect, & Parcel Lockers will be using the Australia Post delivery service, our couriers can only deliver to physical addresses.
Business & Commercial Addresses:
Orders that are being delivered to a business or commercial site must include the business or site name and may be left with reception or internal mail delivery services.
Delayed or Missed Delivery:
If you think that something may be wrong with the delivery of your order, you can contact the courier service directly for assistance. They will generally be able to provide the most accurate and up to date information on the status of your delivery.
If you open an enquiry with a courier service about your delivery, please ensure that you tell the courier they can share the information in the enquiry with Yoo's. This ensures that we can assist in following up with the enquiry and provide further escalation if necessary.
Our general sales support team are also available 6 days a week to assist you with any concerns or questions you may have.
